In 2006, he founded PeopleFund, a private equity company that invests in tech-stratups. In 2007, he started Healthcare.com, an online pay-per-click healthcare vertical, serving 4 million healthcare-related searches every month. De Tezanos is also an angel investor in several Internet ventures, including StartupsNetwork.com, a network of start-ups sites, reaching 3 million visitors per month, and Wamba.com, an Internet social network in Spain with 30 million visitors per month.
